Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IBM, Lenovo Product Manager who can proficiently support our clients with technical issues and inquiries, assemble configurations, and possess in-depth knowledge and experience with enterprise IBM and Lenovo products. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our growing customer base receives rapid and professional assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Address customer inquiries and technical issues promptly and professionally.

• Assist with presales, providing expert advice and suggestions to customers.

• Compile offers and configurations tailored to customer needs.

• Work hand-in-hand with customers, guiding them through our product offerings and services.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IBM and Lenovo enterprise products.

 

Qualifications:

• No formal qualifications required; emphasis is placed on relevant experience.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on IBM and Lenovo products.

• Strong technical and presales skills.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
