We want to ensure you have a great shopping experience. That's why you can test the items first without paying upfront. If the purchased items don't work properly or if we shipped the wrong item(s), you can cancel the order within 10 days of delivery.

Returning the Goods

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. Once we receive and approve the return, we will cancel the order, and you won't be charged. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to the address we provide.

Server-parts.eu reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not comply with the above criteria. All packages remain the responsibility of you, the buyer, until received at our return address.
